Hey all!
Just got back into brewing. Did a little of it back in the early 2000's for a couple years, but never on any serious scale. I bought one of those Mr. Beer mini-brewers but eventually realized that 1 gallon of beer after a 4 week wait was just not worth it anymore.
Well the bug bit me again (yeah cause I need another hobby!) Recently bought a "beginners starter pack" from an online retailer. Then found a local (Cambridge, MA) homebrew store and bought the rest. Well now I am the proud owner of a whole new 5+ gallon brewing setup. Also invested in a 7 gallon kettle (mostly to avoid a boil-over) and a better bottle (just to be able to have a batch in the primary and one in the secondary). I'm sure another BB or carboy is in the near future as I would like to have a couple things going at once.
Anyway, glad to be back. Looking forward to perusing all of the info here, as I'm sure it is extensive!
Cheers
