Back at it after two-year break. Anything new while I was away?

After a two-year break I'm going to be brewing a batch next weekend or the one following. Has there been any new gear, books, ingredients, techniques etc introduced? Any recommendations?

Also, what's the shelf life of opened but unused StarSan?

Thanks!

I think the availability of higher quality craft grains has been pretty cool (e.g. mecca grade and others, as well as specialty lines of big names like weyermann Barke).
A few yeast players have come and gone in the past few years as well as yeast prices going up. 🤦‍♂️

Floating dip tubes are everywhere.

we finally have real counter pressure bottle fillers (see nuka tap or tapcooler)

rad but super high end jacketed conicals from brewtools

lots more pressure fermentation lately

neipas haven’t gone away and many of us are obsessive about cold side oxidation

A ton of different kveik strains are now commercially available
