Back after a year off

Hi All,

Just wanted to pop back in and say hi after take a year off from brewing, I've just put down a coopers ginger beer kit as the wife wanted a nice ginger beer to drink over winter.

I've brewed the coopers ginger before and was fairly happy with the results but has anyone tried the brigalow ginger beer kits before?
