I haven't used b-brite before, but I just googled it. B-brite isn't a sanitizer, just a cleaner. If you want a good no-rinse sanitizer to use in a spray bottle, starsan is great.

Are you thinking about straight sanitizer in a spray bottle? I think you would still have to dilute it... I think my starsan says something like 1oz per 3 gals or something like that. You want to make sure that the sanitizer isnt too potent and stick to the bucket... right? I know you don't rinse, but at least dump and let drain.
