Hi.. New and first time brewer. Live in Okinawa, Japan.
I'm hoping to get a lot of info from the experts here and hope to make great cider and possibly beer at a later time.

I love Cider and have been spending a lot on commercial ones recently when they are actually in stock.

Thought I may as well give ita go and see what happens.
