Is this a picture of your project? Could you link me (or give me more details) as to your build?

I havent built it - just saying it is possible. There is a build here on some thread where the gentlemen used an RC servo to throttle gas flow to a burner. You might want to search for that for help with mounthing a servo to a valve.
