Auto Siphon Problems :(

I had some hop leaf matter stuck in the bottom so I poked it through and discovered this little clip thing. Now I can't ****ing get this bastard back in there. HALP!

same thing happened to me. I used a straightend out coat hanger with a wad of inside out masking tape on the end to re-insert it. It took me about an hour and I was really close to throwing it away and just buying a new one. Good luck.

use a wooden dowel. place the plastic piece on top of the dowel and lower the auto siphon on to it
