Hi folks,
I've just bottled my first ever brew, a gluten free Lager, which I documented in the recipedb.
Like a lot of coeliacs, I like beer, and I'm sick of paying exhorbitant prices for the available GF beers. So I decided to have a crack at home brewing. I've read a lot of posts here on HBT while doing my research on sorghum brewing.
I'll do an ale next, as the lager really tested my patience
As well as that, my girls (wife+girlfriend, we're polyamorous, and that's the last I'll say about it here) have requested a cider, so I'm going to have a crack at edwort's Apfelwien.
