example: 1.050 beer finishes at 1.016. 50-16=34, 34/50 = 68%.
 
Thanks alot, that helps out alot..I mainly do extract with some steeping grains and mostly use safale 04 or 05, am I correct in thinking I should be getting some where between 65% and 75 %?
