This is my first real post outside of introductions. I've found so much info here, but alas lurking isn't producing the answer I want this time, so here's the question:
Does anyone know if the strain in Atomium Grand Cru is worth culturing? Is it just a conditioning strain? Just picked up a bottle and was very impressed by the this pan-grain specialty.
