Hey there all. I've dabbled in homebrewing before but recently I decided to get serious and decided the first thing I would make is some mead. I made a 3 gallon batch using 3 pounds of honey per gallon, and added some orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, and vanilla (and a teaspoon of nutrient). I think I did everything right, but I'm not seeing any signs of fermentation, and it's been over 24 hours since I pitched the yeast. When should I start to get worried?
