Since I don't yet have oxygen I use a venturi tube, pour my wort back and forth between buckets, and add a touch of olive oil at flame out (EVOO is for anything 1070+). the oil can negatively affect head formation and retention if too much is used, and only a ridiculously small amount is needed. if I had oxygen I would use it for anything above 1060. I think 1065 is a good recommendation though. anything below that you'll do fine with agitation.
