OK, maybe not luck, but bad sanitation!
4 of my last 5 batches have gone bad. Evil lacto-bad!
I brew like crazy this time of year so I don't have to durring those sub zero days...
So I take everything apart and clean like crazy.
Soak in StarSan, for like an hour. Tear down 7 cornies, run BLC through the taps, even clean out the fridge.
It works! My recent alt does not suck! About time, I'd say.
So what happens now, my beer line fails! beer all over the place, but in the keg where it sould be!
Oh well, back to the burner this weekend......
