Argos Drinks fridge

Would the Argos drinks fridge be a good fermentation chamber?

It has a temp controller that ranges 7-18c

seems like the upper end might be a lttle too low for fermenting purposes.
it would probably be better if it could go up to about 22 or 23 C, at least there'd be a little wiggle room.
