I was at the same good weight for over 15 years until i started homebrewing and researching
gained 15 pounds since.But i run/bike weights 2-3X a week-more than i ever have also but cant seem to catch up with dropping that10 #.
I wasnt consistantly having a few+ daily either then.Some dinners end up just being beer if i have a few more than intended:cross: + healthy snacks usually.I choose quality over quantity mostly when it comes to food choices.
