Okay, I have been searching and searching but I'm not coming up with much.

Can I make an Apple Ale by adding an apple extract to a light-ish ale? or maybe frozen apple juice consintrate? prior to or as I'm kegging?

Yes. I doubt you will find much info on that "beer", but my guess is that they use a fair amount of apple flavoring. Knowing how much flavor you get from cider when it's fermented out, I would believe they bump up the flavor by using "flavoring".

Or, they take apple juice and add beer flavor to it...

Personally, I like the strawberry version much better. Makes a nice, crisp, thirst quenching drink. The apple version reminds me more of tart fruit, so that's probably why I don't care for it much.

Guess not to many people adding favors to light-ish beers.
If adding your strawberry flavor are you using an extract flavor? How much are you adding?
