Am thinking of changing things up a little on my APA recipe. Was wanting to move away from using Crystal. Been reading up on using Caravienne and Caramunich and came up with the following grain bill.

10 lbs Pale Malt
1 lb Vienna
1 lb Caravienne

Hop Schedule
.75 oz Centennial FWH
.75 oz Mosiac 10 min
1 oz Mosiac 5 min
2 oz Mosiac Dry Hop 5 days

Yeast
WLP060 American Ale Blend

Mash 152 for 60 min.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My Original grain bill was
10 lbs Pale Malt
1 Lb Vienna
1/2 lb Crystal 60
1/2 Lb Carapils

After reading up a little more on the topic, I guess Crystal and Caraviene are the same. Picked up the grain bill today so we shall see how it turns out.
