I saw this at the commisarry the other day and picked this up on a whim, and yea this stuff is really tasty. Anyone ever try it in a recipe?

No I thought about it, great stuff. Just haven't made an oatmeal type stout lately.

Well, after some reflection I want to use this stuff with some nice amber malt extract or DME with some type of strong wheat flavor. As for hops not entirely sure on that, nothing over powering and nothing fruity, like a hop characteristic of something similar to Pyramids crytal malt brew.

Any thoughts?

I actually put some brown sugar and cinnamoninstant oatmeal in my last stout.

Worked out well, lol. Just one packet had little effect though. Just an experiment.

I would go with Fuggles, 1 to 2 oz.
