anyone know how to remove the cable from A419 Johnson controller?

Hey guys I had a A419 johnson controller go out and I bought a new one, the A421 model. I need to pull power cord off the old one and connect it to the new one. Thought it would be really simple but I for the life of me cannot figure out how to remove one of the plastic snap in cable connector the manufactuer used.

Has anyone removed one of these before or have any idea how to do it without ruining it?

Can they even be reused?
