Anyone have a good recipe using Willamette

I just bought a bunch of willamette from farmhousebrewingsupply.com cause it was dirt cheap with the deal he had today. Anyways I have been looking for a recipe (AG) that uses a fair amount of it and I haven't had much luck. There's a new brewery here that has a great red ale using willamette so that's kinda what I'm thinking. Open to ideas though. Anyways, whatcha got?

None of my recipes use much willamette, and I have a whole pound to use so I wish I had a recipe that used a few ounces of it! I like it in combination with cascades, though, and not so much on it's own.

I use it for bittering hops in stout, for English ales in place of fuggles, and with the cascades in American amber.
