So is anyone else up brewing tonight. I start at 2330 on my red ale so I called in Big Gulp Irish Red. For starting on 7-11. lol:mug::mug:
 
Just pitched a 2000 ml Wyeast 1010 starter into my Caraway American Wheat/Rye.

First all-grain batch.

Is it supposed to take 6 hours?? :)
 
I am up, but it's only 1043PM in Alaska.
