So I love Old Chicago, the pizza and beer combination is perfect for me.

My favorite pizza from there would be a supreme w/ anchovies, pineapples and jalapenos, basically the kitchen sink thrown at it.

I try 1-3 new beers every time I'm there but the list is so big it seems impossible!! Has anyone actually done it??

I've decided no matter what it takes I'm going to get my picture on the wall of foam!!

I had a vanilla porter and a shandy on my last visit.

LOL....I had a buddy trying his darndest to accomplish this "feat." He was making a small dent until I did the math for him and figured out that it was going to cost him about $5500 + the food he ate on each visit. I hope you don't blink on your Wall of Foam picture :mug:

Beerconomics 101. I can have a 6-pack of the same 110 beers at home without the restaurant markup, make my own Wall of Foam, and still come out ahead.

5,500 dollars and 110 beers is 50 bucks a beer!! My whole ticket for 2 people and my beer isn't even that much usually.

I just think it's great that Old Chicago does such a great job of catering to the craft beer crowd. They even match beer styles with glassware sometimes.

Anyway I just wanted to give an update, I'm about 20 beers in now, so still have a long way to go but I have been enjoying it.

We used to have one here, it was our fav place to go hang out... Decent food, lots of diff beer, and trivia a couple nights a week. It was a sad day when they closed! We were working on the beer list, and they gave prizes for diff things - got a few shirts, a deck of cards, a bottle opener keychain maybe... Miss that place!

I like Old Chicago. My problem is I can't seem to keep the darn card they give me... every time I go I have to get a new one and start over. Probably have about 20 beers under my belt; long way to go.
