Just wondering if anyone has tried T Can and Bearcats Wheaten Beatdown from Northern Brewer.
If so, did you follow recipe exactly? Any adjustments? Did you like it? etc...

Thanks in advance

I brewed it over the summer. It was very good. Basically a wheat IPA. It didn't last very long.

Tried my first one today. 10 days in the bottle, under-carbonated and excellent. I will make this one again.

So the original hop schedule for this is...

0.5oz Summit for 60min.

1.0oz Willamette for 10min.

1.0oz Cascade for 10min.

I really want to use the Falconer's Flight I just bought, so I'm thinking of the following hop schedule...

0.5oz Summit for 60min.

1.0oz Falconer's for 30min.

0.5oz Cascade for 30min.

1.0oz Falconer's for 10min.

2.0oz Falconer's Dry Hop

Will this work? Any suggestions?

has anybody thought about adding fruit to this beer? I'm thinking this will be the next kit I order and was thinking about adding blueberries but figured I'd ask what others thought since I'm worried the hoppiness in this wheat wouldn't go well with blueberries.
