You haven't had a lobotomy.
It's just spherical geometry.

much to easy so I see, so try this...it stumped me: A man and a woman were driving in their car when it broke down. The man decided to go for help at a gas station a few miles back. He made sure nobody was in the car, rolled all the windows up, and locked all of the sedan's doors. He went off, but when he came back, his wife was dead, and there was a stranger in the car. No physical damage was done to the car, so how did the stranger get in?
Man in one car
Woman in another
Both broke down but not the same car brother
His wife stayed in his sedan, doors locked and windows up
She suffocated, no air.. her bad luck
The stranger was still sitting in her car.. Alive and breathing.
But a stranger so far.
She died in childbirth?
She died in childbirth?
LabRatBrewer said:Though it lack a bit of rhyme
Yes, she died in childbirth
the child a stranger at this time

Follow the instructions and do your best:
A quick test of intelligence. Don't cheat! Because if you do, the test will be no fun.
There are no Tricks to the test. Read this sentence:
FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE-
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIF-
IC STUDY COMBINED WITH
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS.
Now count aloud the F's in that sentence. Important, count them ONLY ONCE: do not go back and count them again
