Their actions come from someone's brother

Through your memory, to & fro.
First they pounce, then they hide.
Doing their damage,
Feeling so snide.
But from the just they cannot hide,
Persistence never rests.
Until the hacker's roused from his nest.
Leaving behind strange destructions,
the user's constructions come to bare,
leaving him running like the hare.
Hackers come & hackers go,
Through your memory, to & fro.

How does a 3 gallon jug and 5 gallon too
Measure out to four gallons pure?
There is only one answer that is right
