I got a couple of the 600 series Perlicks and switched out my old rear sealing faucets. I was building a new kegerator and throwing out the old one. Thought some forward sealing faucets would be a nice touch but now, I can't get any head to form when I pour. I even tried cranking the CO2 to 20lb! Fast as hell pour but once again, no head formation. I then, tried pouring it while holding the glass nearly a foor under the faucet. No head formation, again! Beer tastes fine and is carbed up good. Anybody had experience with this or an idea what is going on here? I mean, all I did was swap rear seal to forward seal faucets. Actually, i did have to make the CO2 lines about 5 feet longer. Could the balance be off because of that?
Suggestions please. Thanks.
