Good grief, I actually just woke up front my alcohol parade last night.

Had originally just planned on kicking a few back with a buddy that was in town, but that all changed when we ran into SWMBO's friends at the bar and it was smooth sailing from there on out. Was a lot of fun, but oi..

We started off at the house and pulled off a couple of 'taster' pints from the Caramel Cream Ale and a Founders Breakfast Stout. From the house we moved to bar number one, already with a nice warm fuzzy feeling. They had $2 Blue Moons going on there, so 3-more down the hatch and we're off to bar number two and countless more Blue Moons were chasing the first batch.

Was a lot of fun but I haven't been that big of a pain train in quite awhile. SWMBO said that after she heard me praying to the porcelain god, she peeked at the edge of the door and my hair was sticking out from underneath the door crack because I was laying on the floor on the cold tile, haha.

Ah well, good times!

Ugh - way too much fun last night. I briefly came onto here when I got home, saw the chat going on but things started spinning a bit. Went promptly to bed. I never yak however; haven't in 20+ years. Sometimes I think I'd be better off if I did.

Got drunk last night as planned (but didn'd announce it here). Got drunk last Thursday night too. Hell, I usually get drunk or semi-drunk at least twice a week. Not much point in posting my get-drunk schedule here. Sometimes it's planned, other times it's more spur of the moment. I generally don't remember much these drinkathons but my wife kindly refreshes my memory. Since she also likes to drink I always make a point of having a drink with her when I get home so that we can drink together (not that need another drink by then). Not getting drunk tonight, but it's about time for another drink (1 at lunch, 1 at dinner, and now a nightcap).
