I'm thinking of doing a replicate of a beer from a local brewery. It's a belgian white with the addition of lemongrass, ginger root, and sorachi ace hops. I am a novice homebrewer, so my question is how do I use the lemongrass and ginger root? Does it sit in the fermenter much like you do with orange peel or should it go into the boiling wort? Any ideas will be much appreciated

The lemon grass and ginger could go into the boil with about 10 min left or you could put them into secondary. You'd need to give a bit more info to help with the hops though. Bittering? Flavor? Aroma? Dry hop? Too many options to know without trying the beer
