Hi guys and gals. Please note, this is not a sales pitch, but more of a pole. While homebrewing is my hobby, I'm also a personal trainer with over 20 years in the industry.
Long story short. I needed to drop a few, but refused to give up my brews. Well, after much trial and error, I finally created a program that allowed for daily beer consumption, required only two 15 minute workouts per week and a few walks per week. Result......dropped 16 pounds in 9 weeks!!
Again, no sales pitch to my fellow hombrewers. Just wondering howe many out there are looking to get into nice shape while not giving up your precious nectar!!! I have a site in development and will be offering the program to the public by 1/1/14. However, if there's enough interest here, I will give all of you a coupon code and make it available to members of this forum at a discounted price. It's the least I can do for all that have given great advice to me.
Now....back to trying to get my keg from foaming so much!!!! AGGGHHHH!!
