This might be crazy, but I've been inspired to try to brew a mint kolsch. I've been wanting to brew something with mint, and this time of year in Texas, a kolsch seems like a nice refreshing beer to have on tap. Has anyone tried this or have a good recipe?

I don’t have a mint kolsch recipe but I did try a mint stout once. If you use mint from your garden dry it before add it to the boil otherwise you’ll end up with what taste like a turnip green kolsch!

You might just try your favorite kolsch recipe and adding some to the boil or making a tincture to add at packaging. Go easy kolsch is pretty simple and clean beer.

Sounds pretty good to me. Maybe I’ll crack a kolsch now.
