I recommend Asheville Brewing Company - good pizza and beer.
I also got tours at Highlands Brewery and Oskar Blues brewery - both good.

Not really brewing related but 12 Bones has great BBQ. The wife and I always make it a point to stop there on our way through town.

I just got back from a beercation in Asheville. You will NOT be disappointed. My favorite was the nights at Wicked Weed, downstairs. Loads of fun there.
