Any additions to an ESB

Going to brew an ESB on monday, and was wondering if anyone has had any luck with any extras in an ESB. Maybe a late boil addition or post boil addition. Just trying to get some fun ideas for something a little different.

What do you mean by "extras"? I like extra hops in mine, but that's pretty much par for the course.

Besides malt and hops the only extra you need for an ESB is a nice coaster for your pint glass.

You do mean a 20oz imperial pint, no? That's the only way to serve a good bitter. Anything less than 20oz just isn't a single "serving."
