Antique Beer Tower Restoration?

Hi all - Am new here and looking forward to reading/contributing. I wondered if anyone had some advice where I could get this old tower cleaned/restored and in working order. Got it on ebay and seller indicated it came out of an old inn in Amherst, MA. It looks like it was plated at one point - it's more silver than the pics indicate. Some markings inside the taps indicate it may be German.
