I did a brew yesterday and the OG according to the Tilt (after the lid was sealed on the FV), was 1.056. That was around 530pm. This morning the Tilt showed 1.047 and the bubbly was raging. It's only been 15 hrs. Normal? I'm using S-04.

Cheers!

When you get a Tilt or RaptPill or any other device to constantly measure your SG and temperatures in the FV, it will give you a new perspective on what really goes on in the FV and for how long.

It's not like the RaptPill gives me information that has changed how I brew. But it does help gain some insights to what is really going on.
