Hi everyone,
Starting off basic so there's a straight Munton's IPA kit that just went in bottles at an FG of 1.008.
Second batch is in, this time for my wife, a straight brewmaker cider kit with an OG of 1.039.
I'm off to the races!
I used to brew on site, but got tired of not having full control of everything (I still develop my own film and print my own pictures for the "mad alchemist" rush).
Once I get a reliable outdoor burner and such I'll switch to partial grain, but so far so good with the Munton's kit (green non-carbed taste was still better than Sleeman I was nursing when I sampled)
