Another is it mold thread

Trying to figure out if this is mold. It's from a Mature Scoby that has successfully created 7-8 5 gallon batches. This batch was a couple of weeks old when the temp dropped where it was at last week. Went to keg it today and saw this. The dark spots are new, but don't bother me as much as the white streaks on them.
