Like many of you have already done, I've now done also. Simple sump pump design with PVC fittings that allow for cleaning the IN and OUT posts as well as a threaded fitting so that I can remove the spray ball for cleaning the fermenter as well.

Notes:
- I purchased a 1/2HP sump pump with a float switch. I would advise against this as a standard bucket doesn't allow the float to operate as it should. I've just zip tied the switch in the ON position.
- Not all PVC needs to be glued together. I left mine so that I could detach the long vertical shaft and fit everything in the bucket.

I'll try to remember to double check and confirm, but I'm pretty sure it's a 4"x6" adapter.

@HiImBrian I hope you'll be able to provide a parts list and some instructions, despite the age of this post. This looks like a great build that I'd like to replicate.

Here's what I have already:
• 1/3HP sump pump, no float switch. No switch at all, actually.
• 1 1/4" NPT or 3/4" GHT outlet on the pump
• PVC primer and glue
• 1/2" female thread NPT spray ball
• various lengths of bungee cord
• various diameter vinyl tubing. I have the most of 3/16" ID tubing

What I don't have:
• handyman skills lol
• liquid and gas QDs
• worm clamps although I don't see any in your build.

What I would like to know:
• what size fittings I would need.
• what are those plastic elbows that supply the QD lines (that attach to the keg posts)?
• how to measure and cut the bucket lid?

Thanks!
