Hello all, just introducing myself as someone who began brewing earlier this year whena friend have me his stuff. I immediately dove into 5-gallon BIAB batches and it's been mostly great!
Batch #1: Belgian Saison, turned out awesome
Batch #2: "Robust Caledonian Porter", ABV turned out lower than expected but it was still good. Can't find the recipe now
Batch #3: Hefeweizen, overcooked it and, again, a low ABV
Batch #4: Irish Red Ale, been fermenting for three days now and so far, so good!
Looking forward to exploring more of the site!
