1st Home Brew, Id give it a passing grade style preference more than quality.
Brewers Best American Amber Ale, 3 weeks in Primary and 11days in the bottle (probably still green). I tried everything I could to kill this batch and its still drinkable. Chilled the wort too much, didnt aerate enough, re-pitched yeast (probably unnecessarily).
Bottle carbd perfectly if a little too much head but it was a frozen glass.
It will be good on tap next to my Dunkel Wissen in 2 weeks.:rockin:
