Wow, I keep my hop and grain bag in a sealed plastic bag, I just went to open it and they both reeked like ammonia. So I'm boiling the crap out of it before I use it for anything else. Anybody else had this happen?

No. How exactly are you storing these things and in what form are they? Hop pellets, crushed grains, etc.
If it smells like ammonia, it will taste like ammonia. Throw it out.
If it smells like ammonia, it will taste like ammonia. Throw it out.

its just my hop bag and my grain bag, for use in brewing, not storing anything

Just get another bag. They aren't that expensive. Ammonia can be produced as a waste product by various bacteria.

Ahhh, I thought you had a bag of crushed grain and hops that smelled like ammonia.
