I plan on making an american wheat (gumball head like) this weekend and just wanted to make sure my thoughts weren't out of whack. I've yet to use either of these hops, so I will gladly accept any suggestions on them. It seemed like they would make an interesting pair to me. All other suggestions are welcome as well.
