Brewed this last year and bottled in January
Opened a bottle today. Hmmmm man it's smooth and has lost that hot alcohol taste. Contests here we come.

Yup, gonna do just that. Two years ago I made on w/Maple Syrup and it took a second place. Didn't save any. This one has Molasses instead of Maple Syrup. I have two bottles of Brown Rice Syrup and I think I'll use same recipe and replace the Molasses w/one of the rice syrup.
