Amarillo is a privately owned hop variety. There are no legal ways to get a rhizome.
There have been tales of people ordering whole cones and finding some seed in there. If that is true and if you got one to grow, it wouldn't be a clone but it would be close.
Cascade and Centennial are the most common substitutes. Cascade is the easiest to grow here in Central California.
