I just did my first AG today It wasn't that difficult at all. How are you doing your partials now? If your mashing in a little cooler you're practially there. Make the leap.
Congrats. I did "almost-allgrain" for a while too and was surprised that I didn't see more folks claiming to be doing it. You can do a lot if the flexibility of 6-7 lbs grain + 1-4 lbs extract/sugar. I mash in a 5 gal cooler and 10-11 lbs of grain is about the most I can squeeze in there.
