Ive noticed that in all of the pictures I have seen of Edwort's Apfewien, the Carboys are sitting out in the open without covers on them. It is generally okay to allow light to hit Ciders?

i believe light reacts with the hop oils- that's why beer should be covered but since there are no hops in cider it should be fine
