Guys,
I recently moved to all grain, but I brewed this partial mash stout that was incredible. I really want to make it again and enter it in a local competition. I used 6 lbs. of dark LME in the PM recipe, and I was wondering what base grain I could use to replace that with..... Any thoughts?
