Alien in a few bottles.

WTF is this??? The big alien blob in the bottle as well as the little slick part at the top? Should I dump the batch or just the bottle? That's the largest one. There are 2 more in my batch that have smaller ones in them. FYI This is a Bavarian Hefeweizen.

Your bottles weren't clean. There was dried beer in the bottom and now it has loosened and floated up as a rather discusting blob. I've seen these when soaking labels off of bottles that were donated to me (i.e., they weren't rinsed after the beer was poured). Just dump the ones with the floaties and hopefully the others are okay.

Yep...dirty bottles. I had a couple like this in my dunkelweizen batch. A damn shame
