Okay, the american pale ale that I brewed on new years day is still in the secondary after five weeks. I took a sample and the gravity is 1.010, which is the FG on the recipie. The air lock was burping every 3 minutes untill I move the carboy and shook things up a little. Now it burps every 1.5 minutes.
Question is, do I go by the air lock or the gravity to determin when to bottle?
