Greeting everyone. I've been obsessed with the idea of Home brewing for a year almost and Now finally found a local home brewing store and Now finally giving it a shot for real.

I'm a avid fan of Hard Apple Cider, that's what I'm focusing on now, also because no one I live with likes Cider... So more for me!!! Ha HA :drunk:

N-E-Hoo... I'm looking for assistance in getting started and also A great Guinea Pig for "Interesting" Recipes... But nothing with "Eye of Newt" in it... Burns the throat lol

Hope to make a few friends here as well, Checked out the forms for a little bit and like the Vibe here.

Thanks

Welcome! If you like cider, have you seen the recipe for Apfelwein floating around? Can't be easier :)

Welcome :mug:
Cider can be as hard or easy as you make it.
Fresh cider and some yeast will do it, but it won't be as sweet as the stuff you find in the store.
+1 on the Apfelwein

Welcome!

Ok, now i can ask this. What was the name of the smart kid on some sit com that used to say N E Hoo all the time? Bothers me I can't remember.

I can't quite remember either now, Great... now I've got something to bug me all day tomorrow HA HA

Franklin.....on Damon Wayans’s "My Wife and Kids" sitcom. He is actually a real piano prodigy and plays in orchestras around the world. I think he is in high school or recently graduated. He would say N-E Hoo when he wanted to let someone know he was done listening to their gibberish and wanted to get back on an intelligent conversation. :D
