Anyone have any idea how this low alcohol beer would age? Say 6 months? I am at capacity but have the time to brew this weekend, just not sure if this would age good. My concern is the low alcohol and dry finish.

The quick specs: 1.042/1.010 75%ADF, 4.1%ABV, Pale malt, flaked barley, and black roast.

Generally speaking session strength ales tend to not to improve after the 10th week or so. I would go ahead and brew anyway and just get a bunch of fellas to finish a keg or two.

'Round here we do open tap night. It's a good way to rid of 2 or 3 gallons of beer in a night so as just to free up a keg.
